What makes MBS® Relationship Analysis unique compared to other types of behavioral profiles?
Situation-specific approach:
MBS® Relationship Analysis focuses on a specific situation with a concrete relationship. Other behavioral profiles are often based on a more general context such as "work". MBS therefore provides a precise and nuanced behavioral profile, as human behavior can vary significantly depending on the relationship.
From identity to personal development:
Many behavioral profiles can lead to a static perception of oneself or others, categorizing oneself as "being an XX profile." MBS® Relationship Analysis avoids this box thinking by starting from a concrete relationship. This supports a more flexible, development-oriented approach where the customer can actively work to adapt their behavior to specific relationships and situations.
Inner balance rather than external comparison:
Unlike other profiles that often compare the individual to a larger population (e.g. extrovert/introvert), at Mind Balance System we focus on the inner balance compass. We measure customer behavior in relation to their own internal balance, not in relation to other people. This makes it possible to offer concrete and targeted instructions to achieve greater balance and inner peace, as the instructions are not about right or wrong, but about achieving a personal balance. This makes MBS® Relationship Analysis particularly effective in stress prevention and mental balance.
Focus on causes behind symptoms:
In addition to analyzing behavior, at Mind Balance System we also work to identify the unconscious blind spots that can lead to unbalanced behavior, making the MBS® Relationship Analysis a powerful tool for creating faster and more effective behavioral change, as the MBS training program focuses on the underlying causes rather than just the symptoms. Our MBS® video training program is carefully adapted to support this process.
Measures increased balanced behavior in relationships:
At Mind Balance System we build on three basic principles to create balanced relationships:
- Research shows that good relationships are the most important factor for happiness and health.
- People have the freedom to make choices that best promote their own happiness and health.
- Relationships based on an equal and balanced approach to your own and others' needs provide the best conditions for freedom and good relationships.
Based on these principles and our Relationship Analysis and Video Training program, we can quickly initiate effective balanced behavior training that leads to increased mental balance and inner peace.
We recognize that other behavioral profiles also have their merits. The choice of profile should therefore be based on the specific challenge you want to address.
