How does MBS differ from the DISC tool example

DISC: Is based on William Marston's theory of behavioral patterns where people are classified under four main behavioral preferences (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness).

DISC focuses on general behavioral tendencies and how these can predict interactions.  

MBS: Focuses more holistically on creating balance and wholeness in an individual's life and work. It emphasizes the importance of inner peace, awareness, mental health and good relationships as the basis for efficiency and well-being at work.

The relationship analysis at Mind Balance System also provides guidelines for balanced behavior.

How does Mind Balance System ensure validity in its assessments?

The validation was done in collaboration with the German Gestalt Therapy Institute, Gestalt Institute Cologne & Kassel.

With a 120-question questionnaire, the analysis is validated to consistently identify resources, unbalanced behavior and unconscious behavior.
